This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the manner in which Sushanta Kumar Padhan / EFT Empowerment Hub or "We" on this hub.sushantakumarpadhan.in ("Platform") collects, uses, maintains and discloses information of its users. The Policy also describes the practices that We apply to such user information, user's privacy rights and choices regarding their information. This Policy applies to all users of the Platform (referred to as "Learners", "You", "Your").

1. Personal Information

"Personal Information" shall mean information which identifies a Learner — first and last name, identification number, email address, age, date of birth, gender, location, photograph and/or phone number provided at the time of registration or any time thereafter on the Platform.

"Sensitive Personal Information" shall include: (i) passwords and financial data (except truncated last four digits of credit/debit card); (ii) health data; (iii) official identifier or proof of identity documents (biometric data, Aadhaar, social security number, driver's licence, passport, etc.); (iv) information about sexual life, race, ethnicity, political or religious belief; (v) account details and passwords, PAN; or (vi) other data categorised as 'sensitive personal data' under the IT Rules 2011, DPDP Act 2023, GDPR and/or CCPA ("Data Protection Laws").

Usage of the term 'Personal Information' shall include 'Sensitive Personal Information' as applicable to the context.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect both personal and non-personal identifiable information from You in a variety of ways. Please note:

  • We do not ask You for Personal Information unless we truly need it.
  • We do not share Your Personal Information with anyone except to comply with applicable laws, develop our services, or protect our rights.
  • We do not store Personal Information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our Platform.

a) Personal Identifiable Information: We may collect your name and email address to enable Your access to the Platform. We will only collect this if voluntarily submitted by You. You can refuse to provide it, though this may prevent access to certain features.

b) Non-Personal Identifiable Information: When You interact with our Platform, we may collect non-personal information such as browser name, language preference, referring site, date and time of requests, operating system, IP address, device name, OS version, app configuration, and usage statistics (collected via third-party services for error logging and analytics — "Log Data").

c) Cookies: Our Platform may use cookies to enhance user experience. We do not use cookies explicitly ourselves, but third-party code and libraries embedded in the Platform may use cookies to collect information and improve their services. c) Platform Improvement & Safety: To improve and customise our Platform and to detect, prevent, and take measures against fraud, criminal activity, misuse, or threats to the safety of our users or third parties. Legal basis: consent or legitimate interests.

d) Communications & Marketing: To communicate with You about Your orders, new offerings, updates, and feedback. If You wish to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, please write to us at connect@sushantakumarpadhan.in.

e) Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party companies to facilitate our service, provide services on our behalf, or analyse how our Platform is used. These third parties have access to Your Personal Information only to perform tasks assigned to them on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

  • Right to Confirmation & Access: You have the right to get confirmation and access to your Personal Information held by us.
  • Right to Correction: You have the right to ask us to rectify inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information.
  • Right to Nominate: You may nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
  • Right to Erasure: You have the right to request erasure of your Personal Information from our Platform. Note that such erasure may result in permanent deletion of your account.

You may exercise rights only with respect to your own Personal Information. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request.

6. Protection of Your Information

We take all reasonably necessary measures to protect Your Personal Information against unauthorised access, use, alteration, or destruction. We limit disclosure of Your information to:

The Platform may contain links to websites and services of partners, suppliers, sponsors, or other third parties. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of these external sites. Browsing or interacting with any third-party website is subject to that website's own terms and privacy policies.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Your information — including Personal Information — is stored, processed, and transferred on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers and databases located in India. Depending on the location of our affiliates and service providers, data may also be stored or processed in other countries.

Countries outside India may have different (and potentially less stringent) privacy laws. Personal Information transferred to such countries may be subject to local laws, governmental inquiries, or court orders. If you use the Platform from outside India (including USA, EU, EEA, or UK), your information may be transferred to and processed in India. By accessing our Platform or providing us with information, you consent to this transfer.

9. Duration for Which Your Information Is Stored

We retain Your information for as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy, including compliance with legal obligations and business requirements.

Some publicly posted content (comments, feedback, etc.) may not be fully deletable, but we will anonymise your Personal Information so that you can no longer be individually identified in association with it. We will never disclose de-identified information in a way that re-identifies you.

CCPA Data Practices (Last 12 Months):

  • We have not sold any categories of Personal Information during the preceding 12 months.
  • We do not discriminate against users who exercise their CCPA rights.

How to Submit a CCPA Request: Submit a Request to Know or Request to Delete by emailing connect@sushantakumarpadhan.in. We may ask you to verify your identity (name, email, mobile number) before processing your request. Authorised agents may submit requests on your behalf if you provide signed permission or power of attorney under California Probate Code.
